Epistle #75 Friday Update

1.  Look for the St. Paul Worship Service opportunity coming to you first thing this Sunday morning in Epistle #76. Pastor Brian will be sharing a message on Romans 8:12-25, with the title of: “On Being Adopted.”

Special note: We are currently in the process of exploring means of upgrading our capacity for the production of online worship opportunities. If you have special interests and/or skills to share for the benefit of your St. Paul family and to the glory of God, please contact the church office and offer your potential involvement on the team! (We especially are in need of technical and audio/visual expertise.)

2.  Re-Entry Task Force Update – As you all know, for the time being, we are unable to meet together in person for worship. (Again!) This is due to the reversal of the trends that we are monitoring, relative to new cases of the COVID-19 Virus in the region. Paramount in the task force’s consideration and development of the criteria for decision-making is the health and safety of our membership, based upon the best sources available. Some of you may have interest in tracking more closely, or reading about our specific approach to this. If so, please click on the link here: http://www.stpaulwinterset.info/announcements/in-person-worship-july-17-2020/

In the meantime, be reminded that it is out of Christian love that we are all conscientious about honoring the safest and best practices of handwashing, wearing masks as appropriate and possible, and distancing. But most of all, caring for one another and practicing patience which comes to us as God’s gift through the Holy Spirit!
