The 2016 St. Paul Lutheran Vacation Bible School Theme is Released, Luke 4:18-19. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.” This camp is led by Riverside Day Camp Counselors and includes four jam-packed days of age-appropriate Bible study, exciting worship, fun skits, activities, singing, crafts and a creative curriculum.
Children entering first-sixth grade will participate in the 9 a.m.-2 p.m. program. You’ll need to provide a sack lunch for your child, but all snacks will be provided.
Our entering Pre-K and Kindergarten kids will participate in a shorter program from 9 a.m.-noon. No lunch is needed and snacks will be provided. All children must be potty-trained.
Join us for the closing ceremony on Thursday evening Aug. 11 when the kids show off their talents with a performance full of singing and dancing!
We are SO EXCITED for VBS and we really hope your children can make it!
